Over time, we have developed our own vision of the wine world and have finally been able to translate it into our wine list. Awareness and knowledge are essential to us, allowing our guests to enjoy a fully immersive experience that aligns with our cuisine and philosophy.

For about 15 years, we have been selecting both small producers and renowned Maisons, offering a wide range of choices and the opportunity to discover lesser-known local wineries that follow sustainable principles—an integral part of our way of thinking.
